1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading and using Tabs ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. About Tabs

Tabs is a reading application built to solve tab hoarding and digital clutter by transforming browser URLs into time-sensitive reading tasks. The App fetches link content into an offline reader view, sets visual expiration countdown timers, tracks daily completion streaks, and provides structural layout folders. All local user items are stored on your device.

3. Purchases & Premium Features

Tabs offers a tier-based pricing structure to unlock Premium features. Purchases can be completed via auto-renewable subscriptions or a lifetime non-consumable access plan.

• The free tier includes access to active storage, limited folder pools, fixed 7-day expiration thresholds, and restricted streak restores or archive recovery limitations.
• The premium layer removes restoration quotas, opens unlimited folders, and unlocks customizable timers, custom alert periods, and streak safeguards.
• All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Terms of Sale.
• You can restore your purchase at any time from within the App settings panel.
• We reserve the right to add, modify, or reorganize feature gates between free and premium tiers at any time to best match user performance models.

4. Use of the App

You agree to:

• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App pipeline layers
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Comply with all applicable network laws and local regulations

5. User Content & Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your shared data records, including custom URLs, tag titles, and folder definitions. Reader contents are processed locally on your device. We do not manage, run background servers for, or have any remote visibility into your personal readings, links, or queue lists.

6. Local Storage & iCloud Synchronization

Tabs processes and stores your reading history directly within your sandboxed device environments. Active queue items, folders, and streak statistics are synchronized between your own personal devices using your private iCloud container. We do not operate remote database servers or have access to this synchronized data; your lists stay securely within your personal cloud ecosystem. If you completely deactivate iCloud services or lose access to your platform credentials without local system backups, unarchived tab assets may become irrecoverable.

7. Share Extensions & Notifications

Tabs integrates with native iOS Share Extension parameters to capture external app web links. The system also distributes push alerts regarding pending item timelines and timer expirations according to configurations established inside your system settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF UNREAD QUEUE LOGS OR STREAK DATA DUE TO DEVICE FAILURE, APP DELETION, OR ANY OTHER CAUSE.

9. No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF BUGS.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
